Newspaper Design

By our very nature, we are tactile beings. As a designer and content creator, I love designing newspaper layouts (yeah, I know... it's a guilty pleasure). I am drawn to storytelling through the marriage of type, image, and white space, as well as its messaging and mass connection with the public. It's no surprise that I caught the 'newspaper bug' at one point. Though the creative benefits of our digital world are undeniable, I still enjoy the tactile, print-based design world arranging headlines, columns, pull quotes, and photo spreads with precision and style.
